Artak Ghazaryan

Artak Ghazaryan is an international development leader with more than 20 years of experience designing, managing, and advising complex donor-funded programs in economic growth, governance, social policy, and institutional reform. He has led major US Government and World Bank - related initiatives in Armenia and the region, with expertise in public sector modernization, export promotion, investment mobilization, pension reform, housing and social protection systems, and cross-sector strategies in agriculture, tourism, and high-tech. Artak has worked closely with government ministries, development partners, and private sector stakeholders to shape policy reforms, build institutional capacity, and deliver practical solutions with measurable impact. He is known for combing strategic vision with hands-on implementation, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in complex environments.
