With more than 20 years of professional experience in finance, administration, procurement, HR, grants, logistics, and operations, Lilit Manukyan has built a distinguished career leading complex projects and strengthening institutional capacity across Armenia.
Lilit Manukyan has directed finance and administration for multiple USAID-funded programs, including EFRA, ABEE, PRIP, and HS-STAR, working with organizations such as CNFA, GIZ, Chemonics, IDG, and ABT Associates. Lilit Manukyan’s expertise spans donor compliance, budget planning, financial analysis, and organizational leadership, with a proven record of ensuring transparency and efficiency in program delivery. Lilit Manukyan has also managed long-term projects funded by UNICEF and UNDP, advancing social protection and sustainable development initiatives.
Earlier in Lilit Manukyan’s career, Lilit Manukyan held senior roles in the travel and tourism sector, combining financial management with business development and client relations.
