Micro-capital grant agreement between UNDP Armenia and Enabling Social Impact (ESI) Consulting Group NGO
Within the framework of a Micro-Capital Agreement signed by UNDP and Enabling Social Impact Consulting Group NGO (ESI Consulting Group) on 15.12.2017, it was envisaged to harmonize the disability assessment tools and procedures and facilitate electronic data exchange and cross-sectoral data management between social protection, health and education sectors of Armenia, including development of monitoring methodology on availability, access, and affordability of services for adults and children with disabilities, support the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (MoLSA) with final testing and introduction of the WHO ICF-based disability assessment tools and methodology developed and piloted during 2016 and 2017.
