The primary goal of the project is to support the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of Armenia (MoLSA) with development of an integrated single beneficiary registry for automated data collection and maintenance of systematic information and evidence on the needs of vulnerable groups, which is crucial for delivering relevant and tailor-made services. This will serve a basis for an effective rapid response system for the most vulnerable groups across the country.
Other important objectives of the project are fostering an active dialogue among various stakeholders and development of a concerted and documented vision of the new information system.
As a result, the final documentation of the new information system will be created, including:
– the matrix of main information systems of the MoLSA,
– all the process maps for social assessment of vulnerable families and data exchange for provision of services,
– the ecosystem of key users and details of resources needed for the development of the information system.
